An Expert Advisor based on moving average cross over with martingale needed

The expert based on the following conditions :

1- open buy with lot( changeable) when  

  the fast moving average cross over the slow moving average  from below  and candle closed above the cross over and parabolic sar dot below the candle  .

2- open sell with double  lot( changeable)  of the previous open trade when

    the  fast moving average cross  over the slow moving average  from above  and candle closed below  the cross over and parabolic sar dot above the candle without closing the

previous open trade .

3- the expert closing all trade when the sum of all open trades(buy and sell) reach a certain profit(changeable).

4- the expert closing all trade when the sum of all open trades(buy and sell) reach a certain loss(changeable)

5-max number of trade ( changeable)

6-fast  moving average and slow moving average  should be with period (changeable),shift (changeable),MA method (changeable),applied to (changeable).

7- expert should be applied for all time (changeable ) and all currency , stock, oil ,gold and stock .

8- parabolic sar dot  (changeable ).

9-time configuration including Asian time , Europe time , and America time

please note that the parabolic sar dot should be  an option ,and  I can choose it  to used it with cross over or not and the option should be in the input menu
