Техническое задание

I have bought an indicator for Binary option that consist of arrows.Arrows are repainted till the close of candle and once candle is closed and arrow remains there it creates popup and sound alert for me of  CALL/PUT. But these alerts are delivered at 59th second of one minute  chart when arrow is confirmed.


I need someone to create custom popup and sound alerts on that system that gives me alerts whenever arrow appears if it is confirmed or not because arrow starts to appear at the beginning of candle so it will make me comfortable to open up the chart on binary broker and trade at the confirmation of arrow. Notifications will be like "UP ARROW APPEARS ON EURUSD" and vice versa.


Please note that i don't have mq4 file of indicator i only have ex4 file
