Техническое задание

I need an indicator that will be triggered either by the RSI or TDI. The indicate should be based on round numbers (eg 1.20000 or 1.40000, etc). 


1. Signals


A BUY SIgnal: Whenever the RSI crosses below 50 and the price is around a ROUND NUMBER (critical value) - For example when the price is around 1.20000 for EURUSD.

A SELL Signal: Whenever the RSI crosses 50 from above and the price is around the ROUND NUMBER (critical value).


2. I would love to have a TDI as an alternative to the RSI if possible so that I can always have a choice.


3. Lastly, the indicator should be able to look at a number of pairs and gives a signal if the above condition is met by a particular pair/s.
