Forex scanner with graphic lines for entry, stop loss, take profit and lot size calculation

I need a real time Forex scanner that looks for a specific candlestick pattern in multiple instruments, in multiple timeframes.

When the pattern is detected the scanner must display the instrument, the timeframe and the time Stamp in a table so the user can choose which one to select and drag (open) into a chart. When chart is Opened it must display 3 lines: for entry, Stop loss and take profit based on the pattern.

Based on the stop loss line and a predefined max risk amount in USD per order, the program must calculate the lot size and display a cancel and a sell/buy button so the user decides if he/she wants to place the trade or close the chart and return to the table of detected patterns.

The scanner project could have a second phase with a similar pattern but near a previous top/bottom.
