Техническое задание

Actions will be based on signals generated at the close of bars. There are a number of custom made requirements to be coded. Interested bidder are advised to read and understand all the requirements in the attached file before offering his services. Only those who have the capabilities of completing the job within the time period and at the tendered fee are invited to bid for this job. Please also note that the tendered fee is not negotiable.
