4 alert dashboard and one RSI base EA

i need 4 alert dashboard , Dashboard can be  1 with all 4 different strategy rules  or separately  , that s  depend upon u 

i dont need so much GUI , you  even can make simple one 

1st dashboard alert : HA  indicator base Alert with HA candles relationship   (30 pairs or more )    ( every dashboard or alert system should have minimum 3 type of alert )

2nd Dashboard  alert : HA indicator base  Alert with PIPS relationship   (30 pairs )     ( every dashboard or alert system should have minimum 3 type of alert )

3rd dashboard alert :  high to low/low to high base Dashboard   (30 pairs )            ( every dashboard or alert system should have minimum 3 type of alert )

4th Dashboard alert : RSI base dashboard  (30 pairs )             ( every dashboard or alert system should have minimum 3 type of alert )

Dashboard,s Should have many true /false options  and  boxes to put my manual values for every pair separately  

need to make simple RSI rule  grid EA ( i will tell u in inbox after job confirmation )

this all so much customization, and much work  

ii have maximum 100 $ in my account so higher offfer should be refused , need high quality work at low cost :)
