Zig Zag indicator with horizontal lines

Hello,

I need an indicator made that uses Zig Zag indicator and draws horizontal lines at the previous High points and low points. It should have a setting for how many previous highs and lows the user want horizontal lines to be drawn. then i want a "zone" around the horizontal line. the user can select how many pips the zone is.. so if the user selects 10 pips, then the zone is 5 pips on each side of the horizontal line. The "zone" should have an option to "show Zone" yes or no in the settings. if the user selects yes, then there should be an area colored in around the horizontal line.

so here is how it is to function

lets say we have a horizontal line drawn at the previous high...price has retraced down and now made a low.. price then goes up again, breaks through the previous high zone. if price closes above that zone for X candles(setting for user) and then returns to that zone(just enters the zone, does not need to close in zone), user will get an alert price has re entered that zone.. all forms of alerts/notifications should be available. alerts should only happen if price enters a high zone from above or enters a low point zone from below.

once price has entered the zone and notifications given,  the horizontal line should change colors(default to yellow)
