EA Programmer

Hey I'm looking for a experienced EA Programmer that can help me make my EA using my Indicator template, parabolic, Bolling band and the moving average indicator in the template. The rules are very simple and I've attached a picture with the instructions on it showing how it should be traded. In the picture soon as the price or candle crosses the yellow moving average line like in the picture in a upward buy or downward sell movement and the parabolic indicator has appeared a new green trend dot on the same candle that crosses and closes, it should open a buy or a sell trade on the next new candle and it should close the trade soon as price or the candle has crossed over or under the bolling band outside lines and then wait for the next trade to show up. I also want to intergrade the Martingale Strategy in this EA to win back losses. For a example if a trade was to open in a buy or sell at any lot size and it closed in a negative profit id like to have a setting in the EA that would allow me to open the next couple of losing trades in a new different lot size of my picking. up to 10 lossing trades to try and make back the lost money. For example lets say my lot size was 1 and I lost 10pips on a trade and I have in my setting for the next trade to open up at a different lot size say 3 lot and I make 10 pips on the next trade making back the money I lots and making a profit. I'd also like to have a money management setting in the EA that would rest a new lot size ever month at my account balance to lot size ratio. For example lets say I put the account at a 3000 to 1 lot size and it starts 01-01-2018 with $3,000 and trades for the hole month at 1 lot and it made $1,500 that month and the start of the new month 02-01-2018 it should open a new lot size up at 1.5.
