Make EA from custom indicator

I need an EA from my custom indicator

My indicator is using arrow and it is base on tick , so i need the ea opens trade when the arrow appears and it will open 1 trade per bar.

Open sell position when the red arrow appears and buy when blue arrow appears.

1. Fix Lot

2. Auto lot base on balance (it calculates per $100 on balance)(if auto lot = 0.1 , then if i have $500 on balance, it will open 0.5 lot)

3.Martingale

a)i can choose starter lot from no 1 or no 2
b)After each losing trade, the trade size will be multiplied by two.
c)After a profitable trade, the trade size will be set back to no1 or no2 lot (choose from 3a)
