Program wich can be linked to MT4

Currencie index for (EUR-USD-GBP-CAD-CHF-JPY-AUD-NZD) ploted as normal candle stick, bellow the chart HMACD HISTOGRAM plus DMI/ADX standard variables, find currencies index here -http://fxdata.net/ ---> First Screen.

On the other screen is a platform(dashboard) wich collumes are the time frames on this sequence: W - D - H8 - H4 - H1 - 15MIN - 5MIN. The lines we find currencies on this sequence EUR - USD - GBP - CAD - CHF - JPY - AUD - NZD.-----------> Second Screen.

Dashboard with 56 boxes:

When MACD HISTOGRAM value is higher than previous MACD HISTOGRAM value the respective box is green, on the contrary, when MACD HISTOGRAM value is lower than previous MACD HISTOGRAM value the respective box is red. Set an alarm with diferent sounds when a specif box changes red to green and green to red. Please make the square flashing for 5min when change colors, flashing with the new color.
