Техническое задание

Hi, 
I am looking for someone to create coding for buys and sells for binary trading for forex to be used on mt4
I will try and explain the conditions, this is for a 1 minute chart, and a 5 minute expiry for £10 trades

BUY

-Price closes below 30 on the

-Price closes below the lower bollinger band

-ADX is below 25, and above 10
That is for the 1st candle
On the second candle (2nd minute) the candle must close above the close price of the 1st candle and the ADX must still be below 25


SELL

-Price closes above 70 on the RSI

-Price closes above the upper bollinger band

-ADX is below 25, and above 10
That is for the first candle
On the second candle (2nd minute) the candle must close below the close price of the 1st candle and the ADX must still be below 25
