Техническое задание

I need an EA to automate my mechanical trading system (MTS).  Briefly, my MTS uses penetration of the upper and lower bands of a SMA envelope to generate buy and sell trades.  Once a position is opened it will then be closed by either hitting a profitable limit price or closed by reversing the position by penetrating the opposite band.  Any open position is closed at the end of the trading week and my MTS must be manually restarted to begin the next week.  My MTS initiates trades only during specific periods of time each day and the profit targets will also vary from day to day.
