Trading robot for a scalping strateg 1 min chart

I use a trading strategy based on 3 indicators is it possible to create a trading robot that would do the following ?

Sell trades:

1000 SMA angled down sell only trades

MAC D is Red and 2 thin histogram bars have been printed also stochastic has been or is over 80 and is angled down i would like a sell stop placed 1 pip below the candle that relates to the 2nd thin histogram bar on mac d and the stop loss placed 2 pip above previous high. 

Buy trades

SMA angles up buy only trades

MAC D is Blue and 2 thin histogram bars have been printed also stochastic has been or is under 20 and is angered up i would ike a buy stop placed 1 pip above the candle that relates ro the 2nd thin blue histogram bar on mac d and a stop loss 2 pip below previous low.

I would also like push and alert notifications and the ability to turn autostrade off so i could choose to trade the set ups or not for myself. The number of pips the buy/sell stops are placed above and below entry and stop loss candles should be customisable too please and some sort of customisable trail stop option too ?

If price proceeds higher/lower without activation trade is cancelled until the next two thin histogram bars are printed.
