Simple Expert Based on TDI,Fractals, Bollinger Band

I want a seasoned programmer with experience on the aforementioned indicators. If you are busy and have other jobs at hand please do not apply.

 Long term time frame for determining trend is 72 SMA (Smoothed) applied to close

Buy condition

1) The RSI price line successfully crosses VB low to the top

2) The cross occurred below 32 on TDI (The value-32 should be changeable in EA settings)

Sell is inverse of buy condition

 Take profit

Situation 1: If signal is in the direction of the long term trend open 2 buys(BuyA and BuyB) at 0.5% risk each. Close the first(BuyA) at the touch of upper bollinger and close the second(BuyB) when TDI  RSI priceline i is greater and above 68

Situation 2: If signal is not in the direction of the long term trend the open just 1 buy(BuyA) at 0.5% risk and close at the touch of upperband

Timed exit strategy: close after ten bars if profit in pips is greater than 25% of SL value

E.g a buy trade was placed with stop loss of 40pips, If market is slow and ranging then close trade after 50minutes ( 10 bars on 5min chart) if the profit is greater than 10pips.

In a condition for situation 1 if Buy A closes at the middle band, While BuyB is waiting to touch upper BB always move stop loss by the value of the lower bollinger band to minimize loss if trade goes in the counter direction.
