Expert Advisor range time breakout

Hello every body, 

could you please support me to code an EA as shown below.

For example the London session opened at 8H , once the first candle of 1 h time frame finished , the EA draw two lines bleu and red ( on the high and the low of this candle) and placing automatically pending orders type of buy on the high and sell on the low . 

Pending orders type 

· If the current price is less than the High , EA will place buy stop else buy limit on the High of this range . 

· If the current price is more than the low, EA will place sell stop else sell limit on the High of this range . 


Take profit and Stop Loss . 

For the Buy orders> I need to put 3 TP ( external parameters by percentage of this range) 

for example, if we traced a fibo from the high to the Low , the TP1 should be installed on 161.8, TP2 261.8, TP3 423,6 .so for this case the EA must trace 3 pending orders by the same LOT ( we can add the money management like I will trade 1% of my balance for each order )also arders 2 and 3 should be monitored by trailing stop (extern parameter optional enable or disable) 

For the Sell orders> it is the revers with buy orders . 

NB> once the pending orders of buy are activated the sell orders must be deleted in the same time .or the reverse for sell orders . 

The EA should be lunched on any time frame and the range should be traced for one candle or more than one so we can put the range time as external parameter to choose their low and high.and this operation should be done each day as the range time attributed . 

Another condition , if stop loss is hit the next order should double the lot or the lot multiplied by an extern coefficient.
