GetNews method

Given a time I want to have to get the news where it happens x mins for now. Passed as a list of classes.

More specifically, I need a function
CArrayList GetNews(Currency currency, DateTime date, int minsFromNow) that returns me an array of News class that will happen from date to date+minsFromNow.

The News class need to have the fields like currency, impact, description, Actual, Forecast, Previous provided in the URL.

I need an XML file that includes all the previous news (in a weekly format) and with the indicator read from it. There is an example XML file here (https://cdn-nfs.forexfactory.net/ff_calendar_thisweek.xml?date=21.2017)
