Persistent Levels

I'm looking to have someone create an EA that allows the user to specify a level and if its a buy or sell. It needs to set pending orders on the negative side and automatically move to break even when it goes positive with a user defined level for break even and trigger. If the market fluctuates back to negative it would take out the trade at break even but then when the trend resumes and goes positive again it would trigger the re activated pending trade at the arbitrary level. Ideally i'd like to be able to set up to 10 levels but even 5 would be sufficient for my over all trading plan.

The user set variables i have in mind are: LotSize, InitialStopLoss, Take Profit, Break even stop loss level, break even stop loss trigger level, user defined levels 1-10, and user defined levels buy/sell status.

Price is negotiable. This is not a terribly complex piece of software, I've been told someone that knows what they are doing can knock it out in an hour or two, unfortunately the person who told me doesn't do mql4, only c++ which i thought was the same but i guess its enough different that he is not interested.
