Техническое задание

Modify the oscillator indicator (indicator_A) to add BUY/SELL arrows to the price chart.

Condition for BUY arrow = the first red indicator bar that appears after the white indicator bar (see attached chart).  The arrow should be drawn on price chart. No repaint, no deletion of arrows

Condition for SELL arrow = the first green indicator bar that appears after the white indicator bar.  Arrow is drawn at the close of the price bar.

EA for the indicator needs the following:  any currency, any time frame, maximum trade allow = X# (allows up X amount number of active trades at a time) , max spread = , trailing option= true/false, S/L, T/P, Lot... Draw BUY/SELL arrow on price chart

Must have mql4 files. 

Once the final EA works correctly with BUY/SELL trades, I like to have 2 additional EAs from it.  One EA is for only BUY , and the other EA is for only SELL.
