HMA EA

I need an ea based off of the Hull Moving Average.

It needs to use 2 HMA's

Entry rules:

Long when longer term hma is going up and the shorter term hma turns up. 

Short when longer term hma is going down and the shorter term hma turns down.

For example:  If I have a 50 period hma and it is moving up I want the buy order to occur if the 5 period hma moves up on the closed candle. 

Exits

Initial Stop loss

2 profit targets

Money Managemenet

Fixed % risk

or

Fixed lot size.

This must be able to work on an offline renko chart.
