Need an expert coder for this job:Place buy at certain pips above the opening price and sell at certain pips below the opening price,should work for all time frames,once EA sees a trigger for a new trade,it should close the opened order and place a new one(should do this as many times as trigger is hit within a candle),EA should av spread control,pips to place orders(buy and sell) should be editable,lots ize,slippage,tp,sl,retries,seconds to close order before candle close,time settings(day start,day end,week start,week end),EA should also display info on chat

NOTE:once tp or sl is hit,EA should not place order again till the next candle open
