Code detecting double-tops/bottoms and triple-tops/bottoms

I'm looking for code (can be either Indicator or EA) to detect double-tops, double-bottoms, triple-tops and triple-bottoms in order to identify reversals for given timeframe. It should support RSI to check whether the pattern happened at the top or bottom of the trend.

The settings should include:

• RSI upper and lower levels in order to signal be valid.
• Minimum bars between tops/bottoms.
