Hedge EA with simple logic Required

Hedging Strategy EA 
 
The EA opens a buy or sell position depending on the moving averages indicator that comes with MT4.
The EA waits X amount of minutes before opening first position, then the EA opens first position according to the Moving averages indicator. 
Moving averages trend going up – EA first open is a buy position.
Moving averages trend going down – EA first position is a sell position.
After the first opened position the EA works on the Logic of the EA.
 
If the EA opens a buy  or sell first position and reaches Total Take Profit the EA waits X amount of minutes before opening a new first position according to the moving averages. 
 
If the EA opens a first buy position and the trend changes direction immediately and the profit goes into the negative. The EA opens a greater sell position X amount of pips from the opened buy position to compensate for the negative buy position. When the EA reaches total take profit for both buy position and sell position combined, The EA closes both the buy and sell position and waits X amount of minutes before opening a new position according to the moving averages. 
 
If the EA opens a buy first position and the profit is in the positive but the EA does not reach TP and the currency changes direction. The EA opens a greater sell position X amount of pips from the opened buy position. When the EA reaches total take profit for both buy position and sell position combined, The EA closes both the buy and sell position and waits X amount of minutes before opening a new first position according to the moving averages.
The EA should open new positions until it reaches the total take profit (example $5) of all the positions combined  according to the magic number and then close all open positions and wait X amount of minutes before opening the first new position according to the moving averages.
 
I was thinking that the EA and moving averages should work on the 5Min and 15 Min chart windows.
This EA will be working on multiple charts on one account. That is why it should work on its own magic number and own profit for its own chart.
This is a Hedging strategy with a trend indicator to open the first position according to the trend and indication of the moving averages indicator.
After the EA has successfully taken Total Profit the EA waits X amount of minutes before opening first position according to the moving Averages indicator.
 
First position = New cycle of trading after successful total take profit or EA has been attached to chart.
