I want an MT4 scrip for placing multiple orders at once with position size calculator.

I want a scrip for placing multiple  market or pending orders at once with position size calculator.
The scrip must have the following features
1. Position size calculator based on set $ amount of risk, entry and stop low levels
2. Ability to break up the position into multiple orders each with a separate TP level but same entry and SL level (Entry and SL to be entered only once)
3. The size of each order should be specified manually either as % of total position or as actual lot sizes, (not fixed to equal fraction of the total position size)
4. Entry, SL and TP levels should be able to be input by keying in and by dragging lines in the chart
5. The following order types are needed: market buy/sell, buy stop,  buy limit, sell stop and sell limit
