Техническое задание

Hello,

I need an indicator (mq4 file) which solves the following conditions:

The indicator draws a rectangle over the last 10 bars (candles| extern int) if the close price of each of the previous bar is higher than 2 pips (extern int) from each other AND minimum 20 pips (extern int) between CURRENT_BAR and CURRENT_BAR-10.

If the price is higher, I would like it to be blue and if it's lower I want it to be red. 

Please have a look at the attached picture how the rectangle should look like.
