Panel/Dashboard EA NEEDS FIX! WELL PAID

I need a coder who is proficient in MT4 coding to finish a project that another coder was working on but decided to quit on me. I have attached a picture of what the current dashboard looks like. You will need to make the following changes:

Panel/dashboard EA Requirement Changes: Completely remove the RSI feature. When 20 EMA crosses below the 50 EMA, price must drop 50 pips (be able to edit this value) and then retrace back up to the 50 EMA. Once price hits the 50 ema, sell signal. When the 20 ema crosses above the 50 EMA, price must go up 50 pips (be able to edit this value) and retrace back down to the 50 ema. Once price hits the 50 ema, buy signal. Once a signal appears for one specific currency pair, there must be atleast a 24 hour wait period before another signal can be triggered by that specify currency pair. Column names should include: Date, Signal time, Direction, Symbol, Strike Price, SL, TP, Result and Duration (how long the trade took to either SL or TP). Once a trade is triggered, SL should be 60 pips, TP should be 90 pips (be able to edit these values). I should also be able to change the 50 EMA and 20 EMA to any EMA variable, such as 200 EMA and 10 EMA.

At the bottom of the panel/dashboard, have a total percentage of winning trades. Ex. 73 wins/100 Total trades = 73% Winning Ratio

When panel/dashboard is 100% working, coder should be able to compress files to be able to upload this to a website. End result will be the dashboard on MT4 to show up on a website and update automatically. Price is negotiable. Will talk to coder over Skype and will pay using PayPal. Eventually, if all goes smooth. I would like to hire the coder for more projects... and eventually turn this panel/dashboard into an auto trader.
