Create a Binary Signal EA/Table like Signals365.com

I m starting my own Binary Signals Service Business and I m looking for a very good developer who can develop the EA to send out the signals, create the Database/Server/Tables to show it on website like this http://www.signals365.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/Screen-Shot-2016-10-20-at-22.30.58.png
