I'm looking to create an alert system, that uses the stochastic indicator(only) and will alert you when selected time compression's stochastic indicators are going up or down. The alert system has to have the ability for me to customize time compression sequences that I want to be alerted to, as well as the option for me to switch from previous to current value.

Example

When the 15,30,120,180 time compressions stochastic indicator all show buy or (%d on bottom )a buy alert will immediately be sent to me

Also, I need the option to be able to cluster the alerts, 5,10,15min etc , so that I can get the alerts at whatever time interval I chose
