Risk Manager

The job requested as a part of a bigger (future) project but will also operate stand alone.

The requested EA should operate over all charts in the current MT4 from one chart and provide:

Risk management functions of Equity TP and SL with a variety of actions to be performed on trigger criteria being met

Manage trading hours and days with Week start and week end hour and minute.

Provide a simple hedge trade manager function for all open trades on all charts to manage orders/trades and pair them to original trades such that they limit the exposure on each trade to a predetermined limit. This function should continually check that the Original trades are either in the correct range, or hedged and open and close Hedged trades as required to contain the equity exposure.

Time is important to me in this part of the project - the successful bid will have a chance to complete the full project including the licensing modules for possible deployment of the EAs and indicators in the project - there are 6 products in all
