Scrip to email when indicator buff has value

Hi,

I want to have a script that will email to a list of gmail when a given buffer have value.

In the indicator attached, I want it email when the first 3 buffers has value.

The script has place for me to:

list the email addresses. 

list the buffer 

The title of the email should be: Pair , Time Frame, Indicator name, Buffer name
