Pending order manager

Pending order Manager for MT4

I need a manager for pending orders.

I want to enter the following:
1.       Dropdown with instrument. (forex, gold, silver, indices)
2.       Sell or Buy limit order.
3.       Execution price.
4.       Stop loss.
5.       Comment.

The manager should calculate the following:
1.       Lot size based on X % risk of account.
2.       Adjust the Stop loss price to account for the current spread.
3.       Take Profit X times the SL. (if SL is 20 pips, X=2 then TP should be 40 pips)
 

Show the following information where I enter the order:
1.       Current spread.
2.       Stop loss in pips (after I have entered price and SL.)
3.       Calculated lot size.
4.       Potential risk and profit if TP/SL is hit in USD.

Trade Management:
1.       As soon as a pending order has been executed ALL other pending orders should be temporary disabled for a period of X minutes.
2.       After X minutes the disabled pending orders should be put back. If the execution price was hit during the time the order was disabled, the order should be Permanent deleted and not put back.
3.       After price have moved X% in favor SL should be moved to Break even. (50% being half way from entry to TP etc.)
4.       After SL have been moved to BE, enable trailing SL at the same amount of pips as the original SL. 

Misc.
1.       Possibility to release an order from the manager so the trade can be managed manually.
2.       List pending orders so they can easily be deleted.
