Adjustment in my Expert Advisor code

I have a robot and would like to include the conditions below:

1) Place a condition for the buy order only happen if the last order that pair was not buying. For sell order is the same scheme: for the sell order happens, the last order that pair may not have been selling.

Ex: SELL> BUY> SELL> BUY (valid order)

     SELL> SELL or BUY> BUY (invalid order, the robot does not open order)

2) Function to set the limit trades per day in general (all pairs in which the robot is active) and Time Frame 

No should be considered the trades of martingale!
