Script that will enable or disable automatic trading before and after news.

Hello,

I want to have a script that i can use on my ea's, that will disabled or enabled my ea's when new is coming. 

I normally use forexfactory but investing is also ok!

I want to use it seperate, so no all ea's have same news filter 

 I want to set the currency like EUR, AUD........

disable autotrading  .... M before news
enable autotrading ....  M after news 

OR 

disable autotrading ....  M after news  

High impact / true or false
Medium impact / true or false
Low impact / true or false 

It must be programmed that i can use it on every broker so it will look to the time of the broker.
