Техническое задание

I want an indicator that give me an alert when there is a lower high or higher low as shown in the attached diagram

this works involves modifying an already existing idicator that id shown on the chart, your job is just to modify alert to sound on lower high and higher low

Alerts to be at close of candle , and must not slow down my MT4 terminal
