Spread Block EA

I want EA to disable trading (one click mode) when spread exceed max allowed spread.

Input data variable:

 Max spread

 Trading must be:

disabled (one click mode) if spread  is above max spread value or

 enable (one click mode) if spread  is below max spread value.

EA must  work dynamicaly. If spread exceed max spread value => disable trading and if than spread drop under max. spread value again => enabe trading again
