Simple trade management script

Hi 

i need a script which can help to set order and manage it :

- i want to set a pending order on a level price with stop loss and target, then if stop loss is reached i want the script replace the same order with the same stop loss and target.i need to set how many time it should replace the pending orders until it reach target.

- i want to define a level price and if price will break that leave first time , script will not enter, but if it will break that level the second or third time script should set the pending order. i need to set how many time price should break that level throught the setting of the script

- i need another condition as well , i will explain if somebody is interested 

I need a script which can do this kind of thing and other simple thing a well...

is there anybody who want to work on this?
