Estrategia automatizada mini

Hello, i would like somebody to program a very simple and tiny strategy.

#1 What i need to look at is two candles and from there on do all the calculations with FIBO levels. A very specific fibo level needs to be placed as target. In case the price goes the other way round, it should take the price of the third bar in question and use this as a SL, and proceed to close the position and open a order to the other side with a bigger LOT.

I will not enter too many more details, i hope its easy to program. Of course i will give all details to the programmer. 

Of course it should take into consideration spread and some security margins for each trade it takes.
