Multiplier of Trades EA

I need Botrous Thrwat to code a EA that will multiple my manual order.
 
General thought for this EA
That is, when I enter a trade with a certain stoploss and take profit it will directly copy this trade by any preset number (10,11 or 20 for example). This should also work if I place a trade without a take profit BUT, it will only copy my manual trade, if the trade has a stoploss. So a manual trade that will be multiplied will always need to have a stoploss. This is for my own protection ;).

So:
-    Take profit should be either preset in the EA or based on the manual trade I enter. If I enter a trade without the TP it should use the TP as given in the EA (So overwrite manual non-inserted TP value).
-    A trade must have a Stoploss or else it will not be copied!
-    The indicator must have a username and password
-    In the screen where this EA is attached it should show what the multiplier number is and what the TP is. So it should show the numbers of the inserted variables. If you can show other variables to it would be great.
-     I need a breakeven option after the trade reached a certain number of pips or a certain value (for example trade reached 5 pips place breakeven on all the multiplied trades or trades have reached 50$ place breakeven on all trades). Off course the EA must recognize which trades were copied and what the original trade was that it copied. So we need magic numbers or an identifier for that.
-     Breakeven should not be same price as entry price. It should be entry price + a certain number of pips. Because I pay commisions on my trade I am not breakeven when only accounting for the entry price. I pay 6.00€ commissions for a round trip of trades. If current EUR/USD pip value is 9€ I need to have entry price + 0.7 pips.

If possible:

-    It would be great if the EA has an option so that I can close all the open trades at once (before hitting the TP).
