Need an EA based on a simple strategy

i need an EA which will work on the base of pending orders and increased lot size..check the parameters below for details.

there will be an editable setting for the first trade when ea is attached to chart , so we can select buy or sell and ea will open that trade right at start.

suppose we open first buy and it hits the tp so the ea will open next buy just as the tp is done.

if the tp is not done and buy goes into minus so after given number of minus pips ea will open and opposite position with increased lot size.

it will be covered with two settings..

1: recovery pips = after what number of minus pips ea will open an opposite position

2: lot increment ratio

 so suppose ea opened first buy  of $1 at 1.12700 with a tp of 50 pips,, it goes to minus and price comes down to 1.12200 and our recovery point is at 50 pips so at 1.12200 ea will open increased lot sell here,,if lot increment is 1.5 ea will open $1.5 lot here.

Now at this point when first buy gone in minus and higher lot sell is opened ,,,tp for first buy will be canceled and and exit point will be set to close buy and sell together this exit point will be below that sell , this exit point will be defined in pips in ea settings.

when sell is opened ea will also place a pending buy stop at the point of first buy , that buy stop will again have an higher lot size as defined in lot increment.

if the market goes more low after sell and hit the exit point all the open and pending orders will be closed and ea will continue and open a new position with basic lot.

if the sell not goes to hit the exit point and goes high it will open that pending buy stop with increased lot size and and new exit point will above buy will be defined ..

it will continue like that till price hits the exit point at one side.
