Техническое задание

hello programmers!


i am looking for a programmer with do me some programming according to mql4 rules.


i like from programmer a custom payed RSI Alarm indicator using MT4 if RSI is greater then 30 or below 70.

I like to Change that Alarm for example to 28 or 68 if i like.

this Alarm message need to be sent to my Smartphone like SMS message and a visible and Sound Alarm for 5 minutes, if my MT4 is open and the Limit is reached.

i am using EUR/USD and GBP/USD, but i like that Alarm for all pairs existing.

i am not willing to pay over 100 USD time is about 15 days for finish.


i have not found such an Alarm in the code base, so i am looking for a programmer who can write me a good and reliable Alarm.
