Техническое задание

I am interested to get developed MT4 live data feed API to link different live data feed sources (esignal, bloomberg, CQG etc) to MT4.

Project Introduction:

Feeders are libraries written in special file format (DLL) used by a server to receive quotes and news. Each feeder

 has to contain a necessary set of export functions called by the server. In effect, a feeder acts as an intermediary 
between the MetaTrader server and a specific data source. In most cases the role of such a source is played by some
 providing server using a particular protocol. The feeder converts the data received in the format of this protocol 
into a format which is "comprehensible" for a MetaTrader server.

The feeder's structure should ensure support of reenterability. "Reenterability" meaning that one and the same feeder 
may be entered (loaded) several times, thereby providing new data source.

It is recommended that feeders are written in Microsoft Visual C++. To do so, you need to switch off the Exception 
Handling option in the project setup parameters (menu "Project\Settings", folder "C/C++", category "C++ Language"), 
since the server intercepts the whole exception handling process and records the respective events in a crash log. 
It is also recommended to add version information as a resource.

Another requirement of normal feeder operation is the use of the Multithreaded run-time library 
(menu "Project\Settings", folder "C/C++", category "Code Generation", option "Use run-time library").
 Recommended optimization is the maximum speed optimization (menu "Project\Settings", folder "C/C++", 

category "General", option "Optimizations").
