Copy,Cut and Paste in build on MT4

Hi, there everyone

 I was wondering if there could be any programmer, who can develop in build "cut/copy and paste" charting software on mt4 itself, whereby i can copy bars from weekly and monthly charts, and paste it on daily chart for construction purposes, but the software should only work offline as this is for construction purpose only.... and copying charts should work in all time frames, in there is anyone..... please.... like a cursor is must work, right click and left click....

or if this job above sound very difficult i would prefer if programmers can do a customization of my "RSI channel Indicator",to write the values of its readings on the vertical side,with colour, red and blue after this job is done i want to add on the "RSI Channel Indicator", on the right hand-side a number [anything between (1-10)] of bars, if i will be viewing [daily chart, it must show,{(weekly chart) + (monthly chart)}] and if i will be viewing [1hr chart, it must {(show,4hrs chart) + (daily chart)}] and so on and so on.......

thanks for looking around, but above all i was looking for both of this things mentioned above, i know MT4 don't have this "CUT,COPY AND PASTE" function, i need it as a customization.........
