Техническое задание

Hello This indicator will read news from a news.cvs file.I added it here as text fife.İn file there are 8 columns as" Title,Country,Date,Time,Impact,Actual,Frecast and Previous"

First you will define an input string="Country" and  input datetime time_difference=" ";  time,-diffence is signal validity time ıt will be available before and after news time; After we run indicator

if it  finds "County" from news.csv file  and vaidity is provided,

ıts impact signals will be for low=1,for medium=2 for high=3;

its Actual signal will be  Actual

its Forecas signal will be  Forecast

its Previous signal will be  Previous

its timer signal will be difference between current time and news time

Also indicator will Show values on Chart
