SPECIFICATION I need a simple MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor for testing and internal use. Platform: - MetaTrader 5 - MQL5 Trading logic: 1. Buy - Open a Buy trade when the Fast Moving Average crosses above the Slow Moving Average. 2. Sell - Open a Sell trade when the Fast Moving Average crosses below the Slow Moving Average. 3. Moving Average settings - Fast MA default: 20 - Slow MA default: 50 - MA periods must be configurable inputs. 4. Trade settings - Fixed lot size, configurable. - Stop Loss in points, configurable. - Take Profit in points, configurable. - Maximum one open position per symbol. - No martingale. - No grid. - No averaging. 5. Additional requirements - The EA should work on any MT5 symbol and timeframe. - Entry should use completed candles only. - Magic Number must be configurable. - Include basic error handling. - Source code (.mq5) must be provided. - Code should compile without errors or warnings. 6. Acceptance I will test: - Buy crossover entry - Sell crossover entry - Stop Loss - Take Profit - Maximum one position - Input settings - Compilation in MetaEditor No profitability or trading-performance guarantee is required.
