I need someone with DLL file knowledge to create a unique license number option for 2 EA's

I need someone with DLL file knowledge to create a unique license number option for 2 EA's. Same option for both EA's

1. The license number should be what I decide.

2. The option needs to be added to the EA in settings so the user can put the number in.

3. The Ea should not work without the correct number. 

The coder I pick should have some EA knowledge so he/she can add the this options to the EA.
