Looking for a losing EA

I am looking for a losing EA . the idea behind is that some of the Strategies can be reversed into a positive strategy . In fact , most of the Experts -i think around %90 or more - can not be reversed into a positive strategy ,

but some fewer can be , around %10.  İ will work to  re-organize and reconstruct the strategy to make it a positive one. before selecting you can give .ex5 file and you will give me the open source code of the best loser ea after selecting you as a developer and explain the functions and the reasons why it loses most of time . All processes must move forward transparently.   pls don't give me any source code if it s valuable to you or you will do it a positive one . i dont want your valuable product . Please just give the losing  .ex5 file just for check reversibility before selecting .  A few specifics i wrote below would help me when reversing -and reconstructing ,reconceptualizing the EA . 

 **It should lose , not everytime ,but loses  naturally in normal steady way ,not by spreads or timing issues or one time losing etc.  *It should not lose with a few unexpected events  *It should lose with a significant  and decent amounts steadily  . 

it will be good if its profit factor is under   0.70 . the less the better.  it will be also good if it trades at least 5 trades weekly . i will buy  at least 2 EAs if they meets reversibility . Thanks in advance .
