Professional EA based on TSI & VWAP with Advanced 0.15R Risk Management

Hello,
I need an experienced developer to create an Expert Advisor (EA) based on a custom strategy combining TSI (True Strength Index), VWAP, and a highly specific Institutional Risk Management system.

1. Main Indicators & Entry Logic:
- The EA will use TSI and VWAP to identify entries (exact crossover/rejection parameters will be shared in private with the selected developer).
- All indicator parameters (Lengths, Multipliers) must be customizable in the EA Inputs.

2. Advanced Risk Management (The 50% Recovery & 0.15R Bailout Tactic - CRITICAL):
- When a valid signal occurs, the EA opens the Initial Trade with a 1:1 Risk/Reward Ratio (Reward = 1R, Risk = 1R).
- Immediately, the EA must place a Pending Order (Limit Order) at exactly the 50% Fibonacci level between the Initial Trade's Entry Price and its Stop Loss level.
- Scenario A (Win): If the price hits the Initial Trade's TP, the pending order is deleted.
- Scenario B (Drawdown & Bailout): If the price goes against the entry and ACTIVATES the Pending Order (at the 50% SL distance), the EA MUST immediately do the following:
   1. Modify the Initial Trade: Change its closure point (TP/SL) to close at exactly a 0.15R loss (15% of the original SL distance). This allows the initial trade to exit with a micro-loss on a slight bounce.
   2. Manage the Second Trade: The Second Trade (activated pending order) must have its Stop Loss placed at the EXACT same price level as the Initial Trade's SL. Its Take Profit must be set to 2R (double the distance of its own risk).

3. Daily Risk Limit (Equity Protection):
- There is NO limit on the number of trades taken per day (the system relies on volume and accumulation).
- Max Daily Loss % (Input variable): The EA must monitor the total daily drawdown. If the account loses a specific percentage in a single day (e.g., 2% or 2.5%, customizable in inputs), the EA must close all open positions and stop trading until the next trading day.

4. Time Filter:
- Customizable Trading Hours (Start Hour : Minute to End Hour : Minute).
- If set to 00:00 - 23:59, the EA trades 24 hours.

5. Additional Features:
- Lot sizing: Fixed Lot OR Auto-Risk % per trade (customizable).
- Invisible SL/TP option (to hide exact targets/stops from brokers).

I will provide full screenshots and detailed logic to the selected candidate. Code must be clean, bug-free, and the source code (.mq4/.mq5) must be delivered upon completion.
