Complete my multi--timeframe-multi-currency-indicator (easy for a coder)

I’m looking for an experienced MT4 developer to create a custom indicator (or EA) with mobile push notifications based on the following strategy.

Trend Filter (Daily Timeframe)

• Daily Close above 50 EMA = Bullish Bias
• Daily Close below 50 EMA = Bearish Bias

Entry Timeframe (H1)

RSI Settings

• RSI Period: 14 (default)
• Upper Level: 65
• Lower Level: 35

Buy Signal

Generate a BUY signal when:

1. Daily bias is Bullish (Daily Close above 50 EMA)
2. RSI crosses above 35 on the H1 chart
• Previous closed candle RSI < 35
• Current closed candle RSI > 35

Sell Signal

Generate a SELL signal when:

1. Daily bias is Bearish (Daily Close below 50 EMA)
2. RSI crosses below 65 on the H1 chart
• Previous closed candle RSI > 65
• Current closed candle RSI < 65

Risk Management

Stop Loss

• ATR(14) × 2
• ATR calculated on the H1 timeframe

Take Profit

• Fixed Risk-to-Reward ratio of 1:1.5
• Example:
• Stop Loss = 100 pips
• Take Profit = 150 pips

Signal & Chart Requirements

• Plot Buy arrows for valid buy signals
• Plot Sell arrows for valid sell signals
• Only generate signals that align with the Daily EMA bias
• Ignore all counter-trend signals
• Display only the most recent valid signal on the chart
• No duplicate alerts for the same signal
• Signal must be generated only after the H1 candle has closed (no intrabar/repainting signals)

Alerts

• MT4 popup alert
• Push notification to MT4 mobile app
• Optional email alert

Alert should include:

• Pair name
• Buy/Sell direction
• Entry price
• Stop Loss price
• Take Profit price
• Time of signal

Deliverables

• .mq4 source code
• .ex4 compiled file
• Installation instructions
• Ability to modify RSI levels, EMA period, ATR multiplier, and Risk:Reward ratio via inputs
