I need an EA that copies from one MT5 to another

I need an EA that copies from one MT5 to another, that allows customizing the symbols with a suffix (e.g., on Hantec the symbols end with .h / XAUUSD.h). I want to be able to adjust the suffix depending on the broker, scale the lot size proportion, and set a magic number for each copy (master/slave).
