Repair an existing expert, specifically correct its formula for calculating the HighestHigh and LowestLow values.
The expert should determine the highest and lowest values ​​within a given time period.
For example, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The time period must be adjustable and modifiable.
The results should be saved and used as HighestHigh and LowestLow values, only for the current day. 
The saved values ​​serve as a reference for opening orders.
The existing expert currently only opens buy orders, which is obviously incorrect.
Orders are also being opened even though the HighestHigh value has not been exceeded.
Sell orders should also be placed, but these are not being placed.
There must be an error somewhere in the formula for calculating HighestHigh and LowestLow, or somewhere else in the expert, which is why only buy orders are being placed and with an incorrect value. Either the values ​​for HighestHigh and LowestLow are not being calculated correctly, or the cause lies elsewhere. This also explains why sell orders are not being executed at all.
