Техническое задание

I need a recovery zone area martingale ea using an existing indicator code, make signal candlestick as recovery zone and trade on martingale strategy.

It include:

1. ATR Filter

2.News Filter on webrequest to ForexFactory/Investing.com calendar,  Display coming news and historical news on main chart

3.Slippage, Trailing stp, etc

4.Money management

5.Trading Time Filter

6.Candlestick based recovery zone trading Logic

I need an experienced developer with at least 100 Rating,  make everything in ONE clean mql5 source code.
